Mr. Phong was one of the few contractors I called who responded to my call right away, provided a quick estimate, and started the project when promised. These are rare qualities from contractors these days, in my opinion, so they get 5 stars right off the bat for that. They worked very efficiently, and my sanded/refinished hardwood floors look absolutely amazing!!!! Not to mention, he is very competitively priced for his amazing work. Highly recommended!!!
