This was not a good experience. They are more concerned about money than patient care. They would not take a credit card over the phone for my daughter’s co pay. They threatened to not see her for the appt, I was driving and could not pay right then and there. Then we agreed when I got parked and was done driving I could e-transfer the money. They then made my daughter say in the office until I made the payment. Such terrible customer service.
Our family has been with Dr. Bui for years. He is our family optometrist, and he always welcomes us warmly. He not only takes measurements but also diagnoses our eye health and makes recommendations. Since we work with computers a lot, the glasses he prescribed work very well for our working conditions. Our daughter underwent laser surgery, and he provided thorough follow-up care. Highly recommended.
