Been going to see Dr. Bui for years... never had problem.. the staff is wonderful.. professional and always available.. always recommend to my colleagues and all satisfied..
I ordered a safety glass from their store and I tried calling them to ask if the glasses are ready for pickup or not. As soon as I say safety glass the lady hungs up the phone immediately. Worst customer service experience
Dr Phong Bui is an excellent optometrist. He listens and understand the situation I am going through. Refers when needed. His staff were also amazing and friendly. I will definitely come back here with my family.
