Derek is a great guy and really knows his stuff. This is where you want to go when you have an issue with your phone or computer.
I have been so grateful to Derek many times for the help he has provided with my phone and laptop. He always goes beyond the expected service to make sure I am happy and the problem is fixed. I would recommend him anytime.
My phone just went dead! Derek fixed it in a matter of minutes and walked out a happy camper! Very professional and through! I'd recommend him highly plus he's got a really cute dog!
Derek was awesome! Helped me through a painful total iphone collapse, diagnosed it, then help me set up my new iphone with old itunes account to get contacts, and then set up who new itunes account. This even included troubleshooting an old computer! I was able to have the best outcome possible for a bad situation. PS people back up your phones way more often than every six months or so!
Derek of Phone Smart is always professional and courteous. I've been there twice and both times have had a great experience! I'd highly recommend him to anyone in need of phone repair.
