My phone quit allowing me to look at photos in my gallery. I went to Verizon and they couldn't figure it out, so they sent me to Photos Plus. Evidentally, Verizon has a good repore with Photos Plus in Ontario. Anyway, Deanna from Photos Plus, tried backing up my phone among other things. My cell would only allow her to go so far then it quit. She worked with it for quite some time and realized I needed a new phone. She didn't charge me anything for her efforts. Good quick friendly service.
My phone wouldn't charge and I was dreading the expense of buying a new phone. They were able to clean the charging port out in just a few minutes and didn't even charge me!
