Bruce is a tenacious subject matter expert when it comes to Apple devices needing repair. We had an old iPad which wouldn’t boot up properly, that had been used to capture memoirs. A couple of days and the device was working again, with its hidden data backup files downloaded and accessible again. Fantastic. Apart from being a subject matter expert, Bruce is approachable, friendly, clear talking and very reasonably priced. Recommend Bruce 100% for any Apple related software or hardware problems.
Bruce is a Legend! We had a potential seawater iPhone disaster with a member of the family which was promptly investigated. It is great to have him in Albany.
I had my 14 pro max go to black screen during the update to the new I phone software. I contacted a mobile repair shop in Albany plaza in the city and they held my phone for two days after they told me that the repair was not possible. I then went to the phone room in town and gave it to them for repair. In 99% of the cases, I believe it is not possible to restore it as I plugged it into my Mac and tried to reconnect it more than once as I have technical experience.
