Extremely rude and unprofessional experience. I went to PhoneHub to get my phone screen repaired and was told I had a warranty that lasted a specific number of days. Of course, right near the end of that warranty period—with still a week left—my screen started blinking and blacking out. When I went back to have it looked at, the employee claimed the warranty had already expired, which was simply not true. Worst customer service ever
I love this place so much. I ran over my phone went to my carrier and they gave me the run around about fixing my phone. Saw this place driving by and they fixed my screen in less than an hour. It was glitching a lot after that because the screen was bad which is rare. Well I dropped my phone and cracked the replaced screen. They foxed it for me with a discounted price and it was 15 minutes since they weren’t busy when I came in. Definitely coming here and here only.
