Bakes into contract recurring terms that customer is unable to terminate, also refuses to refund customers after scamming them. Creates backdoor into phone system holding the company hostage. Worse experience ever. If I could give them no stars I would. They are rude and incompetent. They are extremely lazy and take ‘nickel and dime’ to a new level. They demand payment like terrorist and are threatening. They don’t even do any actual services but will send 10 invoices. Absolutely an insane and ridiculous outfit to deal with. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

The company has the most horrible customer service one could experience.
Poor customer service, made a mess of the firms Comcast to AT&T transfer costing double, incredibly unreliable often working in a vacuum without anyone when services are being installed. Simple tasks are delivered haphazardly at best, overall just avoid the experience shop around. Would not work with John ever again, tremendous waste of time.
