Met with Ali today having charging issues with my iPhone. He said it probably needed a good cleaning, so I agreed to have that done. Told me approximately 1/2hour. Within 5 minutes he came outside to have me come back in. Turns out it was my charging cord. Ali showed me some cords and I purchased one of those. I appreciate the honesty that he showed me, he could have easily said he did the cleaning service and charged me, but that was not the case with Ali at Phone Zone. Came in for a battery replacement, no appointment needed. Price, transparency, speed, and service were as good as it gets, definitely would recommend over anywhere else!
I went and took my friends phone there cause their phone screen went out the guy told me he could order the part and have it fix. I went back with my friend to drop off the phone yesterday and he told us that he had a screen there and if we gave him an hour or 2 it would be fixed some day and it was the guy was very nice and understanding with the situation that we were in
I have been here multiple times to get my IPhone and iPad fixed. We always feel so welcomed in and the service is fast. If I could give more than a 5 star review I would! I will continue to do business here in the future! Thank you for always taking the time to help us.
