The gentleman that helped me was the most amazing man he didn't even have to but he helped me transfer everything over he helped me set up the phone he helped me contact my carrier he was amazing I totally totally would recommend this place completely 100% nowhere else
I took my iPhone SE into the Phone Zone after accidently running it over with my car. The screen was cracked to say the least. Iman at the Phone Zone took the phone and replaced the screen and tightened the charging port, making the phone basically seem brand new! He also sold me an incredible new case for the phone at an unbelievably low price! All in all, it took less than an hour to complete the repairs and the price for doing so incredibly reasonable. Save yourself some trouble and don't go anywhere else. Iman's the guy. I have an uncommon phone for the US (Xiaomi Poco F4). Battery had degraded to the point where it would drop 40% in a half hour some days - he had to place an international order to get a new one but kept track of it for the month it took to arrive to the US, followed up with me, was flexible and rescheduled several times at my request. I'm back in business and will keep this phone for another year or two after a very reasonable priced battery replacement.
Highly recommend using this business for any screen repair needs. I recently broke the screen on my 25 ultra and he repaired it like new for 2/3 what everyone else was asking and he tossed in a new phone case once he realized I tipped him. Very happy customer.
