I usually don’t do this... I understand how hard it is to run a business . But this time I’m not going to “understand “ -I have paid $150 I drop off to repair my sons game station... long story short- I been waiting for over two weeks , been told to wait because some parts are been “ ordered”, never received a single phone call from them ... This had to be the worse service of my life! Pretty sure the guy there was either high or completely uninterested in helping us, he just wanted to play on his personal phone. Who hired this dummy?! You really want a person like this working for your business? Seriously get new help in your store.
11/06/17 Made the trip out to Gresham to check out the available phones as both my husband and I are in need of upgrades. I arrived late afternoon yesterday (Sunday) and as I entered the store, I thought no one was there until I spotted a fellow in the back corner sitting at a computer. Really good service. Riley was great very patient and had an issue quickly resolved with no problem.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I bought a charger that lasted 2 days and tried to exchange it and the kid that was there just now said, "Sorry, ain't happening." I will make sure I leave my review EVERY PLACE IMAGINABLE!!!!!
Had an awesome experience here! I recently dropped my samsung s7 and the glass on the back shattered. I googled phone repair shops in Gresham and Phone Xchange came up, so i decided to give them a try. They were very prompt about keeping in touch when the part arrived and went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Will definitely use them in the future!
