I definitely agree with these five star ratings. Quality repair and service, quick service and great price as well. Hope I don't have any more phone issues, but if I do, I now know where to go. I didn’t end up getting a repair yesterday, but I feel like I have to write a review about my experience regardless. I really appreciated the professionalism and honesty here. The owner took a ton of time explaining exactly what my issue was, what caused it, and what my options were to fix it. He didn’t pressure me at all. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping you instead of just trying to make a sale. Hard to find that level of transparency and customer service nowadays. Thanks again!
Emailed the staff prior to my visit to discuss some specifics. Fast response on the email. Service in person was even better Took my iPhone 13 mini there and was in and out in an hour, reasonable prices, definitely would go back, highly recommend.
I have been going here for probably over seven years. Nathan is always pleasant, and has fixed so many issues my son and I have had with his iPad and my phones. He is a lifesaver and is always kind enough to transfer data for me when I buy new products from him.
