I have been going here for probably over seven years. Nathan is always pleasant, and has fixed so many issues my son and I have had with his iPad and my phones. He is a lifesaver and is always kind enough to transfer data for me when I buy new products from him. Went in to get the back of my iPhone 14 fixed. I initially called a week prior for pricing on my exact phone and was quoted a reasonable price. I went inside the store a week after calling to pay half for the service in which I was able to do in order for them to order the part, however, the guy in the front was very adamant about not fixing my phone for the quoted price. Had a problem with the power button, and the guys at a franchise of a large national chain figured it would cost more than $100 if they could get the part and suggested I consider a new phone. Phone Tech had me up and running in two days, no problems, and for less money. My new go to store for phone repairs!
