I love their products, I’ve bought them from the beginning. They have always worked great for me. My phone is always being handled by my granddaughter so I want to make sure she stays safe and clean!
DON’T BUY! Don’t believe the shiny marketing. Product is cheap quality and doesn’t work. They won’t accept returns for international orders. ~$100 straight in the garbage.
Doesn't hold a charge!
This is an unbelievably good company! I enjoyed an OG Phone Soap for years. Then something happened and it no longer worked, of all luck during the thick of the COVID pandemic. Dealing with them via email (convenient for me!) was super smooth, and led to an easy RMA process. I shipped it back and a couple weeks later received a certified refurb. newer model free. If you take a good product, support it with fast and friendly service, you'll have a happy customer!
DO NOY BUY!!! I pre-ordered and after nagging finally received my unit. Worked for a few weeks then I started getting a red light. Returned it to them for repair. After a few months I nagged them again and shortly after nagging I received my replacement unit. It didn’t work. Tried to get a refund but was told they didn’t refund after 90 days (no regard that they had it for most of the 90 days).
