I was stuck in the middle of repairing a phone by myself. I had reached a dead end and needed help from the experts. I decided to walk in and ask for help and was greeted with awesome and fast service.

I went there because my phone screen popped out and I have a feeling the worker, who was the only one in the store at the time, was judging me. He gave me an INFLATED price to change the screen. The price was no different than that of a new phone. That was a complete waste of time because I walked 30 minutes to get to the store. He had no empathy and was very superficial and inconsiderate.

Took my iphone here after I dropped it an ICP concert and it got stepped on. The manager (Rusty) was very helpful and switched out the screen very quickly. I've had no issues with it so far, feels like I have a brand new phone. I highly recommend this place. 5/5

So, I got my screen fixed here because I heard good things about it. The new screen they gave me ended up being awful quality. It was super touchy, didn't work half the time, and it made everything on my screen have a greenish hue. My front facing camera was also blurry, but I wasn't worried because they told me I had a year long warranty. About a week after having my new screen, it cracked. I eventually called in to ask about the warranty, but apparently they cannot give me it if my phone screen is cracked. Now I'm left wit... read more
