Yusaf answered the phone before the store was even open. He was extremely courteous. Unfortunately the device I brought in was not backed up regularly so I wasn't able to retrieve what I was looking for but he did take the time to try and explained why it didn't work. He DID NOT charge me at all for the 1 hour + of his time spent on my phone, however I tipped him because it was appropriate even though he tried to refuse taking it.
