We bought a second-hand iPhone from here, a 13 mini, which was faulty. Initially, Phone Phix was very helpful, attempting multiple times to fix this issue but were unsuccessful. They said that they would order a replacement phone (in May) but have since stopped responding to messages and phone calls. I would not recommend this service as I had asked for a refund from the start but have been left with a phone that literally doesn’t work/turn on anymore. Awesome experience! Service brilliant. One of my Apple AirPods fell out of my ear and sadly I stepped on it and it broke in two. I wasn’t very confident that it could be fixed but I stopped in here just in case. Within minutes it was back together and working perfectly and there was no charge for the service. Highly highly recommend this business.
