Absolutely ridiculous experience. These guys had my PS5 for almost 3 months. Poor communication throughout and when I asked for updates the story changes all the time. After MONTHS of excuses, they finally said it was fixed. I clearly asked if it was working and I was told yes and everything was good to go. My wife goes to pick it up, and suddenly they admit to her it couldn’t be fixed. Total waste of time, completely unprofessional, and dishonest on top of it. Avoid.
It's 2025 and there are 2 versions of the Switch by now but they still were able to order parts and fix up my 3ds, not to mention they were super awesome about it 🙏
