Knowledgeable, professional, quick turnaround, great communication, reasonable price, good deals. Took my ps5 in for overheating and they refurbished it within a few hours, explained how overheating issues happen and how to prevent it in the future and even gave me some feet to lay the Playstation flat for free. Brought in my Xbox360 and controller because it wouldn't read disks, and someone left batteries in the controller. It was only $25 more for a full refurbish. So $125 is already a great price! The people at the front both at drop off and pickup where super friendly and helpful! The tech, Kwip, who worked on my Xbox was/is a delight, very knowledgeable. Total 5 star experience at Console Fix! They fully cared from the initial phone call all the way through the repair. It’s a family owned business and it shines in just the right way! I came from a good distance away because of the reviews and now am happy to recommend them to all. Really good people doing a great service with a warranty! Will use them again in the future
Never been to a repair shop before and found this place here on google, lucky for me they were close to where I live. Dropped off my ps5 for overheating due to dust clots in the vents, they cleaned it and did extra stuff to it all before they closed the same day now my ps5 feels brand new again, this is my shop from now on won’t be going anywhere else they really do know there stuff.
Don't go anywhere else. I came in the last few hours of the day before a long holiday weekend and they took care of me in under an hour. I was expecting to not get my PS5 back until next week. Nope, they took care of me immediately. Awesome place, I will NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you again!! Update: I did have to go back due to the same issue persisting.
