Early Saturday morning running errands and my phone fell in the grocery store I was on my last straw omg I google phone hub on Austell rd and when I got there the customer service from the woman there was great and they made me feel confident that they could fix my phone I’m 100% happy and believe my money was well spent . Thank Phonehub !
My husband went in the other day and said a young lady named Mia spoke with him about his phone and he said she was so polite and kind. I have been in the past and was short spoken to. When it comes to customer service nobody needs to be treated differently or anything if you’re a regular or not. Customers are what helps pay you when the company or owners aren’t umder paying you.
Do not go here.!! They use iPhone screens that cost .99cents and will charge you more than 150 to fix. I gave store multiple chances and a feather can touch the screen and it breaks. I have never had to get my phone fixed so many times in my life and I have a case on . I've had the same case for years and no problems and I let them fix the phone and my case can Crack the screen all of a sudden.
