Went in with a I phone that got a little wet and had sand in it from the beach they fixed it in about an hour with a smile
I had an iPhone 12 that didn’t have storage space for a critical update. Grant helped me to restore my phone, add the update, and gain more storage for future use! Terrific tech support in a short time!!

Jeff was VERY helpful in getting my iPhone charged, so I could trade it for a working phone. We were impressed with his concern and problem solving as his fourth attempt worked. We will tell anyone with phone or computer issues to go to CPR.
