I had a screen replaced on my phone about a month ago. Last week I noticed a crack in the new screen. I've been really careful with the phone, not dropping it or doing anything else that might be harmful to it. I called to ask why would my phone screen possibly be cracked given that I've taken great pains to make sure that it wasn't dropped, etc. I was a bit surprised when they told me that I must've sat on it or bumped into something. My iPad wouldn’t charge anymore, so I took it to them to fix. It’s an old iPad. They ran some tests and told me it was the charging port, but wasn’t worth the cost of fixing. I appreciate they did that. Very nice guys.
Took the time to go through my phone and clean it - no charge - honest people - definitely recommend James.
James was very helpful and cleaned my charging port quickly and really made my day better
