Phone Doctors fixed my daughter’s smashed iPad. They also replaced the battery so it will keep a charge.
I cannot imagine a worse customer service experience even being possible. They fixed my screen, but messed up my camera in the process and I had to go back. The man that was on staff both of the times I had the misfortune of visiting this establishment was abhorrent. Rude, condescending, and very put upon for being asked to do the job he was present for. I was told by BA location to go to 41st location bc they had my screen in stock. Drove over there and they did not have my screen. I had to order one and waited 3-4 days. They asked if I wanted generic or original and I opted to pay the $450 for the original. The next day my screen protector cracked and I never dropped my phone. About a month later I got a green line down the screen. I took it to Apple bc I figured it was something that could be fixed. I had to pay another $450 for a new screen.
