Have came in several times to see Cecil. He's always patient, and has pretty much helped me every time I've needed the help.
Great place!
I met Cecil when I visited Phone Doctors, and was very impressed with his customer service skills, kindness, and attention to detail as he went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of a new phone. This is something you don't see much in customer service positions anymore, and he definitely deserves a huge shout out for a job well done! He is amazing and deserves a 10 in my books. Highly recommend him!!!
Old post- I drive from Vinita to come see the staff here. Always great service and professional help in a timely manner. Been coming for over a year now and will keep coming forever!!! Can’t say enough good things about this spot This place fired the best dude ever. Then they replaced him with a dude who acts like he doesn’t give a crap. Twice we dealt with him and we will never be back after being loyal customers for multiple years from over an hour away.
