I’m leaving this review with the hope it helps the business improve and helps customers know what to expect. I came in for a battery replacement. Once I came back to pick my phone up, I was told the screen needed to be replaced because something happened in the process. I understand accidents can happen, and I’m thankful the technician quickly corrected a dead pixel issue at pickup by replacing the screen right away.
