Chris is an awesome doctor! He was very helpful and answered his cell phone even when he wasn't working to help setup a time we could meet. I got a DOT physical at his office at the TA truck stop but he also has another location at 11 Center Street Deer Park as well. I would recommend calling him first and getting an appointment setup before you get here so your prepared.
