Phonak TV connector worthless with new Sony or Samsung TV s. An update is needed to be created so the system connects to the aids. We have contacted both Sony an Samsung who have sent out repair people and they say the same.. but the big companies blame each other. Don't plan on this working for the hearing impaired people. It will work on a 5 year older TV though... not new technology.
My particular audiologist was not very good in my town but Phonak customer service was excellent. I was required to go through my nations insurance but had questions about the actual unit. Phonak responding multiple times with thorough answers. I received the Aero Marvel M30R which is a rechargeable unit. It's very small and very discreet.
