I took a hog in to be processed and when I fried up some sausage I had them made..so much water was added i wasn't very happy..When I had a hog processed at Cox there was only a little grease just sayin
I took a finished steer in. Got back a mess. The same cuts were not uniform in marbling or texture. They clearly swapped some of our meat out. One piece was great, the next piece... same cut, was tough as a boot. Some looked red, some looked grey. Just the same old thievery butchers are known for. We won’t be going back. Don’t trust these clowns.
