To be honest, I had a taste for pizza and was headed to the pizza place next door when I spotted Pholicious. I thought, hmmm, wonder what's on their menu. So, sitting in my car, I pulled up their menu on my phone (I'm vegan, and I can't handle "spicy") and I spotted their Build Your Own Pho Bowl. It was OUTSTANDING. I got the basic "Plant Based" with tofu, broccoli, carrots and mushrooms, and added basil, cilantro, green onions and bean sprouts. It was delicious. Probably the best tasting pho in the area. We did 1 BYO pho and one pho special. Delicious, flavorful, and generous with the toppings and meat Only issue during this visit was that either the AC was broken or just not on. Uncomfortably hot; both of us were sweating from the face and back. A little embarrassing for us. Hopefully just a one time issue, cause it wasn’t like that before Would easily be our choice to eat at otherwise. So good and so fast
