Rarely give bad reviews unless I feel like it can help someone else out. Hired Matt with MG or Phoenixville Plumber initially to do a sewer scope. Paid him in full and he only did half of the scope and said he would come back and perform the rest later (not even sure how that makes sense). Scheduled multiple times with Matt to come back and he no showed 3 more times. Complete waste of time and money.
Worked with Matt to help fix a leak in our basement. Very professional and provided great communication throughout, as he kept me up to speed every step of the way during the repair process. Would highly recommend for future projects.
Prompt, great communication, quality work at a fair price. And on a weekend! Will definitely use MG again! They came through for me in a pinch.
I had a sewer line at one of my rentals and used Matt to scope and jet my sewer line we eventually replaced my trap and removed the air vent. I was pleased and I highly recommend Matt and his team they do good work at a reasonable price!
Last minute call and they were able to get someone to come out and fix the issue within the hour.
