I had a great experience at Phoenixville Fit Body Boot Camp. I attended the early morning sessions consistently for over a year and half. Whenever I fell off my training plan, I'd get a personal text asking if I was doing ok and encouraging me to get back on track. I got stronger and healthier and enjoyed the workout friends I made.

No pressure, motivating instructors. The team here love what they do and have the experience / drive to assist you in your goals towards a healthier lifestyle.

This place is amazing! It’s very supportive and there’s no judgement no matter how outta shape you may be or how much you go. The trainers know exactly what they are doing and they’re quick to ensure that you won’t hurt yourself by bad form or overreaching yourself. The class times work for most schedules and even during the pandemic they have online classes! It’s easy to get in shape if you help and everyone’s goal there is to help you. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to lose weight or get in shape!

I have been with Fit Body Boot Camp for the last year. First of all let me say the instructors are fantastic. They are engaging and knowledgeable. They reach out to you when you haven't attended several sessions (guilty!) and seem genuinely concerned about your health and fitness. They manage to do a great job balancing pushing you and letting you decide how much you can do that day. I appreciated that a lot. The trainers really motivate me to be the best I can. They have even given me nutrition advice. I am swapping fat for muscle at an amazing rate. I can't imagine going anywhere else to better myself.
