My experience at the Phoenixville Animal Hospital has been a pleasant experience the past 22 years . The staff is timely , very knowledgeable , and sensitive to the needs of my pets as well as me . A very friendly environment that I highly recommend . And most important the services are priced rather fair .
DO NOT see Kim Gallagher. She took zero care of my cat, told the vet tech that I had “too many issues” going on with my cat and “needed to prioritize” them. Who even says that when animal is clearly sick!? Terrible. No compassion. Talked to me like I’ve never owned cats in my life and ended up misdiagnosing my cat. Literally the vet tech was even appalled by her lack of care and told me she would give me a DISCOUNT since this Kim woman wouldn’t even see to all of my cats issues.
