Dr. Bailey performed a surgery on me yesterday. I’ve been seeing him for over a year, and every experience is superb! His staff is incredible. The kindness and compassion exhibited by each of them is amazing and so very comforting! He held hands with my husband and I for prayer before going to theater which meant the world to us. My first visit to this location was trash due to the front desk employees. But this time was totally different! Ms. Mondee was excellent at explaining what was included and not included in the process. Front desk employees were extremely nice and happy. I was looking for a different office while I was on the way there due to my first experience. I’m very happy they made changes. It made for a wonderful experience.
Dr Bailey is awesome, but that MS. DENISE IS TERRIBLE. She is very rude, inconsiderate, and always tries to charge more than what you actually owe. It's not always what you say, it's how you say it and she is always failing miserably at both tone and word choice! She makes the experience HORRIBLE!
We love Dr. Bailey! He delivered our son via emergency C-section, and let me tell you—Dr. Bailey is hands down the best. I wouldn’t have wanted any other doctor to deliver our son. Dr. Bailey delivered me 29 years ago as well, so it was a beautiful full-circle moment—one we will cherish forever!
