My first visit to this location was trash due to the front desk employees. But this time was totally different! Ms. Mondee was excellent at explaining what was included and not included in the process. Front desk employees were extremely nice and happy. I was looking for a different office while I was on the way there due to my first experience. I’m very happy they made changes. It made for a wonderful experience.
Dr Bailey is awesome, but that MS. DENISE IS TERRIBLE. She is very rude, inconsiderate, and always tries to charge more than what you actually owe. It's not always what you say, it's how you say it and she is always failing miserably at both tone and word choice! She makes the experience HORRIBLE!
We love Dr. Bailey! He delivered our son via emergency C-section, and let me tell you—Dr. Bailey is hands down the best. I wouldn’t have wanted any other doctor to deliver our son. Dr. Bailey delivered me 29 years ago as well, so it was a beautiful full-circle moment—one we will cherish forever!
They must have too many patients and not enough doctors or NPs. Everything I go in for an appointment it typically takes 2 hrs of my time and only 20-30 minutes of that time is spent with the doctor. And I had bloodwork done 14 days ok and have yet to receive that information on the patient portal. Also called the nurse and left a VM 9 days ago and never received a call back.
