If you’re not white you won’t be treated right!! Ive been here almost 2y and the first year I didn’t even have running water in my kids bathroom until I complained to corporate. My flooring has been damaged for a year and all they say is “we have to call a flooring person bc it was laid wrong” but no one will ever come out. Currently live here at phoenix village 2025. I wouldn’t recommend renting from here. This property is not what it used to be. Since moving back in 2024, I’ve experienced ongoing issues that management has failed to address. I also had ongoing privacy concerns due to repeated instances of neighbors standing below my balcony and looking up toward my unit, which impacted my ability to feel comfortable in my own home. We recently moved in. We like it here. Office manager is a sweetheart ❤️ maintenance crew you couldn't ask for better. My Neighbors are very sweet people. Feeling blessed. Thank you all for making us feel welcomed ☺️
I have lived at the Phoenix Village apartments in Muskogee for close to 2 years now. I have an amazing property manager named Rochelle Phillips who answers any questions or concerns I may have. Maintenance on the property takes care of things promptly. I have enjoyed my stay to the fullest.
