Toxic Environment I lived in Building 7, Unit 709 for two years. During that time, I experienced ongoing provocation/problems involving neighboring tenants that made me uncomfortable and, at times, made me feel unsafe and as though I had very little privacy in my own home. I felt like a zoo animal the harassment/stalking was so bad.
