TERRIBLE! PLEASE READ! I bought a car from this place the end of August. Right as I was about to drive it off the lot, I noticed a bunch of lights were on the car (including check engine,air bag,tire pressure)which weren't there during my test drive.They tried to tell me it was because they had just done emissions but then the lights continued to be on there the next day. Eric and Adrian were awesome! Not having great credit, I called and spoke with Eric over the phone. He was super thorough in letting me know what i would need to drive off the lot. I came down and every employee was helpful and expedient, in and out with my new car in just a couple hours!
I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The individuals that work there Eric and Adrian are two of the worst people. I dont know how they can stand lying to people and how these two individuals still hold their jobs. My son purchased a vehicle from the dealership in May and as of this day, he has not received his License Plate. I am co-signer for his vehicle and I have been calling since before his temporary tag expired, and their excuse for every call i made was "give it a few days, it should be in the mail". Bought a honda odyssey last month and I had a great experience dealing with Eric and Phil. A couple of days after I had bought the car I found some issues with the A/c relay and battery. They asked me to bring the car back, they then took it to a honda dealer to get repaired and they set me up with a free rental car while I waited for it. When the car was done they even dropped it off at my house.. You don't get that kind of service from a used car dealer. I highly recommend.
