I would like to express that my one star is regarding the office manager Jenny M or N (Not to sure on the last name initial). I was very unfortunate to have spoken with Jenny, regarding my post op care. Due to her unprofessionalism I have since found a provider to clear me from my recent surgery at Abrazo Arrowhead because I wish to never step foot in a environment where the OFFICE MANAGER passes judgement on anyone. Doctor Tanja Gunsberger is fantastic! Met her in the ER diagnosing my Inguinal hernia. Had follow up visit and scheduled surgery to repair the hernia. Dr. Gunsberger took all the time my wife and I needed to get our questions answered regarding the procedure. Her bedside manner is caring, informative and personal.
