After a long day of disappointment, the ladies at Phoenix were amazing and made the trip from Massachusetts to Rhode Island worth it. Went as a walk in, Brook took my friend and I. Both had Tattoos done, have to say Brook did an amazing job! Very nice atmosphere and staff !!
Friendly staff and they do great work. $80 seems to be the base price, but it's worth it considering the quality of the staff and the quality work they do.
