Had a really good intro call with the owner who said he would follow-up. Two email follow-ups from me and another phone call a week later to their receptionist -- no response.
We have worked with Phoenix for the past 3+ years and they have provided stellar IT support for our busy dental practice. They address network issues quickly, oversee our backups seamlessly and install hardware and software to keep us up to date. As a result we rarely have any issues, but on one occasion, a new server started failing and they were at our office immediately with a backup server to use, until HP could come and service the failing unit.
