Do NOT buy a home theater system from Phoenix. They have the most unreliable and overcomplicated theater system. We purchased a home theater system 2 years ago. These past two years have been a total nightmare. Our system keeps failing every two weeks, and they will then have the nerve to charge you at least $200 for every visit to fix a system that clearly does not work. Wish there was an option for ZERO stars. I am/was a new customer. They transferred an existing system that was in the house I bought (on a Monday). The tech changed the network name on his iPad and said it didn't work so he set everything up on the old name. The next morning (Tuesday), everything was offline because the network name changed. They installed an access point in my home while it was under construction. Never gave me instructions of how to use it. I do not have username or password, and even after resetting it cannot be changed. You must have the original username and password. They could not provide this with me, and wanted to charge for a service call. I ended up removing it. Paid for it, and could never use it.

In order to have someone come to my house to replace a battery for my alarm, the cost is $100 PLUS $35 for the battery. I have long suspected they charge to much for everything.The initial installation costs years ago for my new house were very high and the sales process was a nightmare. I have ben thinking of replacing this vendor.I am going to start looking for recommendations today.
