Staff was nice and professional. I went in and it was all women staff. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews about professionalism. Btw the mask mandate isn't required anymore despite the email. We'll see if things change once I get accepted or not which seems to take 2 donations and a total of up to 4 visits. -update- so prior to going in I had motility testing done elsewhere which showed avg levels. But at this place they said "you are infertile and have 0 motility"... Apparently they lied about who they are looking ... read more
