Not even worth a star. Zero professionalism. Informs you that they have an evening appointment available which you agree to. You show up at said time. Staff is clueless. No one has any idea about this magical appointment that you have. Finally owner gets back to you saying that they never "confirmed" even though you've been in contact via text.
