I initially gave Phoenix Roofing a five star rating after they completed my job in 2024. Now I have a leak from the roof they installed that damaged the ceiling in my family room. I have been reaching out for over a month and no one has even come to see the damage or make repairs. I was told that someone would come this past Saturday, but that person was a no call/ no show. Phoenix is failing to honor their warranty and has been unresponsive to my complaints. If you are considering hiring them, be warned.

My roof started leaking after 5 yrs, Jim answered the phone and took my information and said a tech would call back. After 3 days and no call back I attempted to call them back multi time. On multiple days and they are not answering the phone and their mail box is full. I was very happy at first and things happen, but I would find a different company who stands by their work so you don't have rain dripping down above your electrical box. I had to have another company come out and fix their mistakes.

Edit * apparently the good staff left and when I called back because my roof started leaking they said they would call me back right away and now no longer answering the phone and the mailbox is full I can't get someone to call me back regarding the leak in my roof my roof is only 5 years old.... I would find a different roofing company. Great experience! Update. Been waiting for over a month for a repair on my j channel, after two roofers quoted me on a leak repair. Intially I reached out to Phoenix and the lady said they would send someone, I had to follow up with Gio their sales man to get some one out. Jose came and said the leak is from the window capping and to replace is $500 a window. As they didnt install it. Fast forward I had 3 roofers come to quote me on recapping my window for them to say the issue is the two holes in the J channel, not the window. I let phoenix ... read more

Phoenix did work on my home which included new windows, siding, roof, garage doors, and flat roof. The work looks great however, we have a leak from the flat roof. When we called they came out promising to fix the issue. It didn’t happen. Days and days of promising someone would stop by, never happen. They are now ignoring all of our calls, and texts.
