Absolutely amazing program!! ********************** and ***** are wonderful! I would suggest this to my dearest family and friends. Everyone I was in the program with all said this was the only rehab theyve ever been to that really cared about the people and I must say I truly agree. They really get to the meat of it as ***** would say and they attack the core issues of trauma that lead many of us to addiction in the first place. I cant say enough great things about this place I could literally go on and on and on. We even w... read more

This LLC scheduled at tasting at the liquor store that I manage, then completely ghosted us afterwards. I called, emailed, and even texted the personal cell number I was given. They completely ignored every attempt at communication and were of course a no-show on the day of our scheduled tasting. Unprofessional in every sense of the word. Unfortunaley this is going to result in us no longer deciding to do business with the brands they represent. I'm even considering reaching out directly to the distillery we agreed to taste ... read more

Dear BBB: We manage residential community associations. We do not sell alcohol. This reviewer is confusing us with another firm. This is not us. Please remove the posting. Sincerely, ************************* ************** (extension ****) or *****************

As a former client of Phoenix Rising Property Management (PRM), I feel compelled to share our challenging experience and issue a strong caution regarding their services. It is important to be aware of the issues we (and many others) faced to make an informed decision about your property management needs. During our time with PRM, we encountered several significant challenges that had a negative impact on our association. Financially, we experienced an unfortunate loss of funds amounting to approximately $60,000-75,000. Ther... read more

They have stolen about ****** dollars on bogus charges. Had invoices that had nothing to do with our association. Stay far away from them.

Business response:

**************: We are unaware of any discrepancies with the association's account. ************** asked to speak with me last year. I made multiple calls and left voice mails but he never returned my call. The dispute resolution process is defined under the terms of the association contract. There is a contractual system in place to dispute any charges. At this juncture, we are unaware of any dispute. If the association has a dispute or question, they only need to contact us and we will work with them to resolve the issue. ... read more

This management company spends your money without being clear about the charges. They nickel and dime for everything (including reading an email). When they get called out on being border-line fraudulent, they do not respond to emails.

If there was a rating of less than one star, it would be the suitable one for them. Phoenix Rising Management handled our building with the agreed fees of $300/month and were supposed to do only the financials in addition to some other specific tasks with their specific rates. Instead Phoenix Rising Management through their CEO Michael Kennellly and their employee name Carolina ********* (a/k/a Carolina ********) illegally took over all the funds of the building and spent it on every single project they could come up with as... read more

Business response:

Dear Ms. A****: We were appointed by the court to manage your association as the Board of Directors was no longer functioning effectively. At appointment, the association had no funds available, a third of the units were in foreclosure, there were termination notices on all the utilities, the city had assessed multiple code violations, the insurance was terminated for non-payment and the heating plant was inoperable. There were multiple ongoing law suits against the association and with legal fees and findings well into the ... read more

We used this company for years and they robbed us blind with add on fees and fall charges. Once we sent a formal letter advising we were not renewing the contract with PRM next year, they drained our bank account of 86K and and additional 25K from another fund. Now, bills are sitting there. Mike ******** and his dream are crooks. We are owed escrow as well and that is being held. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are crooks. https://chicago.cbslocal.com/2019/03/13/condo-association-complaints-phoenix-rising-management/.

Business response:

Mr. ********: We have an agreement with the association. The Board of Directors has decided to terminate the agreement. It is your right to do so and we respect the Board’s decision. The agreement specifies our authorities and the process for divesting the account. We are in compliance with the terms and the process detailed in the agreement. We have advanced significant funds to the association and deferred on a number of contractual fees. We are under no obligation to lend funds or perform services at no cost. We were will... read more

I am getting charged late fee to my account even if i am paying on time. It has been over 2 months i am trying to reach them out regarding it. The manager for our building is never reachable and never responds to his emails. The operator calls back and promises to take care of this issue but nothing is taken care of. I just dont know what should I do and whom to reach out to

Business response:

Dear Asell *****: We have updated your account as requested. The issue has been resolved. Please feel free to contact our Community Specialist Desk (help desk) if you have any further questions. HOA Board members BEWARE. PRM uses unethical business practices year after year. Please review and consider a new property manager or you will be ROBBED. Schedule of fees: 1. 2021 - HOAs, please refer to the schedule of fees and notice an increase charge to "Payables Processing: 10% gross" meaning if you have a large project like we coincidentally do, they'll take 10% for cutting a check. $50,000 for a $500,000 check? That's unethical and highway robbery. 2. 2020 - Deconversion - PRM decided to add in blind charges, since ag... read more
