I currently have individual therapy with Dr. Michelle and EMDR with Taja Nia. Both women are FANTASTIC!! Dr. Michelle has been helping me navigate one of the most difficult times in my life and is an AMAZING support. She is so validating and motivating. She provides the type of services to me that I hope I provide to my clients! I just started EMDR with Taja Nia, but, I can tell she is already a good match for me! She is very welcoming and warm, and, helping me through a difficult time as well.

Constance is very unprofessional. I called to speak with someone over the phone (surprisingly someone answered) to ask why the is the website stating that certain therapists are accepting new clients but they really aren’t. As I was talking to Constance, she interrupted me and her tone was a bit defensive. I told her I’d have to interrupt her as she rudely did the same to me! She didn’t like that at all. I have been using this company for therapy for a few years now, and I've been able to also use them for services for my daughters. I must say I am impressed with the response times when initiating service, most places have a waitlist and it can be difficult to get the services that you need. I can honestly say that has never been a problem for me, which is why I am always suggesting Phoenix Rising to friends and family seeking therapy. I would have loved to give 5 stars, as Phoenix Rising has a team of great therapist. My children and spouse receive services from this company as well. The therapist are well equipped to help with whatever your needs. The HR dept is another story. Having such a critical role, I was surprised that this individual behaved so inappropriately. I had a staff member, who I will hold off on identifying, definitely met me with some very nasty energy over the phone.
