I am having a very frustrating experience with Phoenix Restorations. Phoenix restoration company has done renovations in our unit after damages caused by flooding. Phoenix technicians have worked as a team, accomplishing the job on time. I would like to thank them for a great work. Our special thanks to the Phoenix project managers Mandy and David.
I used Phoenix for my move in and out and storage of my items while our condo was being repaired from a flood. Lisa assisted in my move back to my place..assisted in unpacking my boxes and helping me out greatly with my kitchen unpack. Movers were great..but some of my items were not delivered and they had to come back with the missing furniture pieces as it was stored on a different skids..They apologized for the error and were very kind during this stressful time
