I’m an 80 year old male who, after hip replacement surgery 12 years ago, foolishly allowed my leg & hip muscles to diminish. This resulted in declining balance. I began working with Sara Hughes, PT, DPT, as my physical therapist, in January, 2026. With her encouragement & guidance, my legs have regained musculature & strength, resulting in improved balance.
