Bob, Megan and Karissa do a wonderful job of taking care of their patients at this location. They make you feel welcome every day. You can tell that they really care and are not just doing a job. They really listen to you and are concerned about you and your recovery.
I have been going to Phoenix since May for rehab for my knees and feet. They really listen and will give you the best advice on what you need to recover from your injury. Bob, Megan, Kristy are so kind and caring when you are having a bad day.
They therapist Bob from Orwigsburg Phoenix is very nice worked on my knee replacement. he takes his time and explains everything I learned more from him then my surgeon.. Megan and Karissa were also fantastic. I graduated today and I must say I had tears because they are all so nice we sure had lots of laughs. I am going to miss you all.
I had three visits here so far after total knee replacement on one knee. I could not do one leg lift. Bob worked on my knee and when he was finished, I managed to do 5 with all the effort within me. The next day I did 20 with less effort. I have been to other places in the past for various issues. I am totally wowed by this place. Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, kind. Everything one would want in a rehab during a difficult recovery from an accident, illness, or surgery.
