They are always pleasant and takes care of my mother's chair. Gabriella always takes care of us. Nathan always comes to visit when there is a battery issue. Both are very polite and reliable. Thank you for taking care of my mom. 5 stars for everything ✨️ 💛
I recently got the pleasure of working with Austin and Nathan at the Ringgold office. Having the mobility exam done by Austin was very easing and informative. He answered every question I could think of, even after the appointment. Any issues, questions or concerns I had were answered quickly and very well. Nathan was quick and precise and informative as well. I can now get around my home safely with the perfect chair! I couldn't be happier with the results!
A+ Service, I've had my electric chair for overflowing a year. Wouldn't charge. Called office. They were here that evening. No fuss they replaced the batteries. Back to good as new. Superb customer service & SERVICE MEN. THANK YOU.
