I just called 05/30/20 at 4pm for a posible service and maybe they can give me an estimate but the guy on the phone was rude, couldn’t hear, bad service on his area, he said will charge $120.00 just to come and seems fridge but until Wednesday understand because the Memorial Day but obviously very bad on customer service. I never going to call them for a service.

I almost spent 70$ to have a consulter come to my home and tell me I needed to spend 500$ more to repair my broken fridge. One phone call here and I am relieved on what needs to be done. I answered a few questions; the consulter was patient and direct! Amazing service I will definitely refer people here in the future!

Completely shady outfit. They told me they would be at the house between 12 and 3, and would call first. Did not call and then told me a lie about it. Finally got to my house after 5 Friday afternoon. Very condescending. Looked at the fridge and lectured me about cleaning the intake. Told me it was the "main board" and it would be $685. When I asked for a breakdown of parts versus labor, he asks me do you want it or not? It's $685.00. I told him, that the part was around $100 bucks and he said well do it yourself then.
