Criminal how they operate. Zero service. Impossible to pin down for any financial issues. Should have their license revoked. Calls go unanswered for days. Emails unanswered for days. And then half truths and no answers. Zero stars.

Does not work well with major property search sites which creates a large disadvantage. Seems very behind the times on marketing listing. Owner quoted a price and listed far less. Their inspection is all bs and a waste of money. The repair service is sketchy at best.

We rented a condo with Phoenix Property Management and had a great experience! They were always fast to respond to any maintenance items and their leasing and terms were extremely fair. Highly recommend!!! As a renter, this has been the best company we've rented from.

I've worked with Kevin Chard on a real estate purchase and sale. Kevin is steady, responsive and knowledgeable. Buying or selling real estate can be a stressful process. Kevin made it a lot less stressful. When the time comes for you to make a move in the real estate market, this is somebody you want in your corner.
