I'm a tough customer. Michelle has done an outstanding job with my multiple properties, handling all the details and being firm and fair. While I sometimes haven't liked her policies, she is clear up front about them, and it turns out they are rooted in years of experience of knowing how these systems work, and why policies actually work to benefit PMs, owners, and tenants. Phoenix realty is the property owner for the rental where I live now, and I have had a great experience with them. Our unit was well maintained when we moved in, and they have been very quick and thorough in responding to any maintenance issues that have come up. They also send out helpful information at change of seasons helping to inform about things that should be done in a home at these times, which is really helpful information to know!
