We rented a condo with Phoenix Property Management and had a great experience! They were always fast to respond to any maintenance items and their leasing and terms were extremely fair. Highly recommend!!! As a renter, this has been the best company we've rented from.
I've worked with Kevin Chard on a real estate purchase and sale. Kevin is steady, responsive and knowledgeable. Buying or selling real estate can be a stressful process. Kevin made it a lot less stressful. When the time comes for you to make a move in the real estate market, this is somebody you want in your corner.
I'm a tough customer. Michelle has done an outstanding job with my multiple properties, handling all the details and being firm and fair. While I sometimes haven't liked her policies, she is clear up front about them, and it turns out they are rooted in years of experience of knowing how these systems work, and why policies actually work to benefit PMs, owners, and tenants.
