Do not waste your time applying to a unit with Phoenix Property Management. I wish I could get my $45 back and time that I put into that application. My husband and I applied on a Sunday and sent emails regarding our application. The property manager told us that the Broker- Robert Geraghty also known as BOB would consider applications on a first come first serve basis and the property manager told me that we were first to apply.
