I was traveling 75 mph in the HOV lane then one of their vehicles pulled up behind me and was only feet from my bumper for several miles. The driver then decided to get in front of me and smack his brakes so I slowed down. I then observed the driver exhibit the same behavior with several other drivers on the freeway. When I tried to report this behavior to their office, I found it extremely difficult to speak with anybody because the phone service they provide is ran by AI.

Horrible customer service! Called looking to buy a case of micron filter bags and was refused service for no apparent reason. Honestly felt discriminated by the nasty person whom took my call. You should be ashamed to treat potential clients the way you do. Today it could have been a simple filter bag but tommorow could have been an entire filtration system! I hope you reflect on that!

I was pretty excited that their contact was able to give me some great answers, but they’re basically just pipe dreams. Their service department hasn’t reached out to me at all and my initial contact has gone cold. They talk a good game but haven’t delivered.
