Horrible customer service! Called looking to buy a case of micron filter bags and was refused service for no apparent reason. Honestly felt discriminated by the nasty person whom took my call. You should be ashamed to treat potential clients the way you do. Today it could have been a simple filter bag but tommorow could have been an entire filtration system! I hope you reflect on that!

I was pretty excited that their contact was able to give me some great answers, but they’re basically just pipe dreams. Their service department hasn’t reached out to me at all and my initial contact has gone cold. They talk a good game but haven’t delivered.

Horrible Company to work for. I remember my grandma died and didn’t have much to say that same week with all the emotions I was going through I still showed up to work and I got fired because I was resistant.. credit department and management talks about drugs and sex , such a unprofessional environment and experience.

As a truck driver I can say good people work here, polite and helpful and I got unloaded pretty fast
