Everyone is kinda and considerate. Peggy has done so much for me I can't express my gratitude.
Terrible. The counselors are fine, but the office staff is horrible. Half the time I would be waiting for my appointment and no one in the office would notice I was there to tell Marty and I would miss 10 minutes or more of my appointment time. I owe $10 and cannot get anyone on the phone to pay my bill. I currently cannot pay any other way. It is ridiculous if this bill gets sent to collections when I have tried numerous times to call and pay my bill. But whoever answers the phone tells me they cannot help me. Ridiculous!!!
