If you are looking for a property management company I would not choose this one. Like the last review, I also had issues getting my final payout and tax documents. Once I put in my notice the bookings in the most busy times in my area seemed to dwindle in comparison to previous year. When I asked for specific information regarding the fees and bookings I was never provided with more information aside from what they claimed came in each month. Do not work with Jordan Taylor or his company Manorshare. I used Manorshare to manage my short term rental in Seattle for all of 2019. In December I got a last minute notice that they would no longer be managing Seattle properties. They didn't even give me a 30 day notice. As of today, January 31st, I have not received my final payout for December's rentals nor have I received my statement that I need for my taxes.
